Bruges or Ghent Skirt

Measuring apprx. almost 36" around waist, 44-45" long, 62" for train, and circumference is apprx 220 inches or more.
Excellent condition, just a few loose brides.

Skirt with train, a little like Belgian_pieced_collar_1. Bruges? Ghent?
